Of Dragons & Synchronicity

I’m feeling rather unsettled today – don’t really know why. Just “something” in the air, like “something” is going to happen – some sort of change or shift. Maybe its just the dull, cloudy weather – it often makes me feel weird, and gives the sense that dragons are nearby. Are they mythical creatures, figments of the imagination, or reality (whatever you perceive reality to be)? I guess what’s reality for one person could be deemed imaginary nonsense by another. Depends on your point of view I s’pose. In any case, I sense dragons in the air and if you think I’m nuts, well …so be it, LOL.

Perhaps what I’m sensing is associated with the change of season – from Ostara to Beltane here in the southern hemisphere. Although, the energy feels darker and heavier, more like the lead up to Samhain, the opposite sabbat, which in a seasonal sense is at the end of April here, but commercially is pushed here every October with the sale of all manner of USA-influenced Halloween paraphernalia in the stores. Whether its Beltane or Samhain, either way its a time when the veils between the worlds are thin and its easier to come and go between them. That’s the sort of “otherplace” feeling I have when I sometimes experience my TZMs (Twilight Zone Moments) – strange moments of precognition or unexplained “knowing” that turns out to be right.

I started writing this blog earlier today, but got interrupted by various other domestic issues. Then I got sidetracked by Facebook, where I updated my “status”, mentioning the dragons, followed by a sudden inclination to check the blog of a person I mentioned in a previous post. Slight shivers from another TZM after reading this person’s blog, also written today – they’re sensing a shift as well! And they’re writing about precognition too! …and their own doubt about whether to follow their intuition and risk looking stupid.

This person never did reply to my comment I left on their private LJ site 3 weeks ago, but I got the impression from reading a later post on their other public blog that they might have misconstrued my comments as a bit weird or perhaps intrusive in some way. Sometimes my thoughts don’t always translate into the written word quite as I’d planned, leaving ambiguities open to misinterpretation. ::::sigh::::  So, feeling just plain dumb and stupid for having left the message in the first place I deleted it only a couple of days ago. Like the other “precognitive blogger”, I don’t always know if I should follow my intuition and possibly risk looking stupid, or whether I should just leave it, thereby missing an opportunity to see if my intuition was right or not.

And while I’ve been rambling on here a friend has just responded to my Facebook status update saying dragons have been on her mind a lot lately too …seems I ‘m not alone there either!

Hmmm… what to make of it all?????
